Semi-detached house on the first line of the fine sandy beach. Cosy three bedroom ground floor beach house only 10 metres from the fine sandy beach of Santa Ana.   It is distributed in a living-dining room with smart-TV and access to the terrace with table, chairs and some sun loungers to relax under a parasol. It also has an outside shower. There is an awning at both the front and rear of the house.  The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant holiday, wether you are staying for a long or short stay. Fantastic, modern and very well equipped villa, entirely renovated in 2018 and situated on a totally fenced private plot with a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. From the villa, walk 30 m on a footpath (no road to cross) and enjoy the natural sandy beach, awarded with the EU Blue Flag. This fantastic non-smoking villa is just perfect for 8-9 persons.
