Charming, large villa located in a sunny area in Monte Pego, with wonderful views over the valley and private pool with outdoor shower.
Calm situation in a residential neighbourhood at 7 km from Denia's beaches of Les Deveses. Monte Pego has its own little infrastructure with some restaurants, a bar and tennis courts. One of the restaurants can be reached easily by walking (400 m). The nearest big supermarket (Lidl) is at 6 km from the villa. The ancient village of Pego, with a very good infrastructure and a marvellous farmer's market, can be reached in 10 minutes. Also the village of Els Poblets is at 10 minutes by car, there you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, other shops, restaurants and bars. The large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara is at only 10 km.
The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12, resp. 18 km from the villa. Monte Pego is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
The villa is for 6-7 people, built on one floor, distributed in 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet with shower en suite, large living-dining room, open and spacious kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washing machine.
At the entrance of the house there is a large glazed terrace with sofa bed, table, chairs, a gas plancha and in summer you can open all the windows to make draft. There is direct access to the other terrace and swimming pool with space for sunbathing, enjoying the tranquility and the wonderful views of the mountains. The garden around the villa is surrounded with Mediterranean plants.
The house and terraces are well furnished and equipped. Air conditioning hot/cold in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms and also ceiling fans in the living-dining room, kitchen and all bedrooms. Internet wifi, Spanish and satellite TV (astra), washing machine and dishwasher. At the entrance of the property there is a covered parking to protect the car from the sun.

Después de tres temporadas de vacaciones con vosotros, os agradezco mucho la atención por vuestra parte, sobre todo por el interés con el tema de los olores químicos que sufre una de mis hijas. Dado que Santiago ha sido la persona física de contacto, gracias por todo a él.Seguiremos con vosotros sí volvemos por la zona. Suggestions or improvements: Cada Muriel, necesito en general una puesta apunto, falta presión de agua, grifos con los mandos cambiados, hemos echado agua hirviendo en los sumidero de las duchas.Lo mejor la piscina.

La estancia en la Casa Muriel ha sido fantástica. Está totalmente equipada, es acogedora y amplia. La vivienda ,el jardín y la piscina nos los encontramos limpios y ordenados. Suggestions or improvements: Recomendamos poner mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, en ocasiones con el aire que corre en la zona es suficiente con abrir las ventanas para estar fresco.

We stayed 7 weeks in Dec / Jan in the Muriel house and really enjoyed our time there. The "happy Ladies in the sun" were very professional and kind and managed everything from arrival to departure. We could always reach them and they would take care. Suggestions or improvements: For some strange reason, by using the correct address, the location is wrongly shown in Google maps. Not sure how this can be corrected if at all but it would be helpful also for the Amazon delivery folks (the postal service seem to have no problems).

Lugar perfecto para desconectar y recargar pilas, la casa dispone de todo lo necesario para el día a día, está bastante cerca de varios pueblos y de la playa, sin duda un lugar donde volver. Estuvimos encantados en la casa, la verdad es que es un sitio donde volver.????????

On a passé une semaine du 6 au 14 géniale la villa est impecable propre et bien équipée et l\'urbanisation Monte Pego est tranquille et sécurisé en tous cas je reviendrai et je recomenderai la villa et l\'agence avec les yeux fermés les filles sont adorables et serviables Coralie Krystine et Hélène

The house is in a very quite neighborhood, hill side, so one will need a car. Everything is in the house to really live there for a longer period of time. The kitchen is very well equipped which we appreciated. The have central heating which we would really recommend to look for rentals during winter. Night temperature can sometimes get chilly to single digits Celsius, so it is good to have the option for easy heating in the early morning hours.
A big plus is the fully glass-covered patio especially in Winter time: as soon as the sun comes out, it gets very nice and warm in there and protects from winds if they pick up. The location was perfect for us, about half way between Valencia and Alicante, close to the beach but away from the big hotels. If we can manage, we will definitely come back!
Toujours aussi satisfaite de Happy in the Sun. Happy in the Sun est très réactif ; toutes les différentes personnes qui nous ont accueillis ont été très professionnelles, très aimables et souriantes. Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer à MontePego en sollicitant Happy in the Sun.
La villa está bien equipada y en buen estado de conservación y muy límpia.
En cuanto a la agencia, el trato ha sido fenomenal. Muy recomendables.
