Description
Beautiful villa with private and fenced-in plot, large terraces and beautiful private kidney-shaped swimming pool with outdoor shower. The villa is distributed, all on the ground floor, in a nice living-dining room with air conditioning, well equipped American kitchen with dishwasher and direct access to the spacious terrace with summer kitchen and carport, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 1 bathroom with shower.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, garden furniture, sun beds, mobile barbecue. There is also wifi internet and TV-Sat with international channels. The house is completely surrounded by beautiful terraces, and has a carport at the entrance. The villa is for 4 people, there are 2 single beds of 90 cm and 1 queen-size bed of 150 cm.
Calm situation in a residential area at only 1.600 metres from the sandy beach. The village centre of Els Poblets is at only 700 metres and offers all convenience goods as well as diverse restaurants and bars and also a chemist's. The city of Denia can be reached by car or bus within 10-15 minutes (10 km).
Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.

C'est la seconde année que nous logeons durant 15jours dans cette villa et on s'y sent comme chez nous. Tout est présent pour passer de tes belles vacances dans cette magnifique région. Maman de deux enfants en bas âge, la maison est sécurisée. Nous relouerons l'année prochaine avec l'agence, c'est certain. Merci pour votre gentillesse, disponibilité et bon accueil. Suggestions or improvements: Attention qu'en période chaude, la maison n'est pas isolée donc il fait aussi chaud tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'exterieur et l'air conditionné doit être utilisé avec modération vu qu'il n'y a pas de panneaux solaires (installation à conseiller aux proprietaires). Le coût de l'électricité en heures pleines (12h-00h) est à utiliser également avec modération sinon vous dépassez votre forfait de Kw/h octroyé par l'agence, de ce fait vous devez payer le surplus (ce qui est dommage au vu du prix payé de la location).

Buenas acogida por parte de las chicas que llevan el alojamiento, información de la zona, actividades, etc Suggestions or improvements: El tema kw quizás es un poco justo, ya que es una zona de calor y es necesario utilizar aire acondicionado, se podría ampliar los kW aunque nosotros siendo una familia de 4 personas nos ha llegado , aunque un poco justo.

we appreciate the flexible approach of the agency team, the house and its garden (with a nice outdoor kitchen and a ready to use barbecue) were perfectly equiped for a smooth holiday in the sun 🙂 Suggestions or improvements: the weather however wasn't perfect the second week, but we are sure you will also find a way to arrange that the next time 😉

Es waren super Ferien! Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Haus das eigentlich für 4 Personen gedacht war. Das Haus hatte eine schöne grosse Terasse wo wir unseren ganzen Tag verbracht haben und der Pool war grossartig und wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt! Das Garagentor war leider ab dem viertem Tag kaputt (ist abgebrochen von der Mauer) das wurde aber jedoch sofort erledigt! Die zwei Damen die das Check-In und Check-Out gemacht haben waren sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank für die tollen Ferien!
