Nice townhouse for 5 people, in an excellent location, 200 metres from Oliva Nova beach and a 10-minute drive from other beaches such as Almadrava and Deveses. Quiet and well-maintained residential area with communal swimming pool. The townhouse has a living/dining room, equipped open-plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a cosy garden with barbecue on the ground floor.
