This is a magnificent place to spend the days outdoors, next to the beach, relaxed and enjoying the pool or preparing a barbecue in the garden which is furnished with tables and seats. On the large lawn you can sunbathe and the children can play on the swings, which makes it the ideal home for a family vacation. The villa is furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, TV, wifi internet, air conditioning (hot/cold) in all the bedrooms and in the lounge.

The city of Oliva is at only 5 minutes (3 km), Denia 25 minutes (25 km) and the Portal de La Marina shopping center in Ondara 20 km. The holiday home is located between Alicante and Valencia, the airports can be reached within approximately 1 hour (Valencia) and 1 hour 15 minutes (Alicante).
