The cozy and perfectly equipped villa has 2 bedrooms, a shower bath room, a fitted kitchen with dish washer and a bright lounge and dining area with access to the large, covered terrace. From everywhere you have fantastic views of the dunes and the sea behind.

This is a wonderful place to spend the days outdoors, whether by relaxing on the shady terrace, making a barbecue in the garden or swimming in the pool. And of course enjoying the marvellous beach which you can reach in one minute, passing the garden gate and a small footpath. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all you need for a great vacation; washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, garden furniture, sun beds, BBQ, etc. Sat-TV and wifi internet. The entrance of the golf course is at 1.500 m. The town of Oliva can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes (6,5 km), Denia within 20 minutes (20 km). The large shopping centre Portal de La Marina is at 15 km. Oliva Nova is situated between Alicante and Valencia, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
