Nice townhouse for 5 people, in an excellent location, 200 metres from Oliva Nova beach and a 10-minute drive from other beaches such as Almadrava and Deveses. Quiet and well-maintained residential area with communal swimming pool.

The townhouse has a living/dining room, equipped open-plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a cosy garden with barbecue on the ground floor. On the first floor there is another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds. The small plot is fully fenced for greater privacy.

The communal swimming pool is just a few steps from the house and has direct access to the beach. The house has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. Television with Chromecast in the living room, a kitchen with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Wi-Fi internet.

Oliva is a small coastal town with a good infrastructure of shops, bars, restaurants and well-known supermarkets. Several of these are within walking distance of the bungalow. The supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away.

The centre of Denia is 12 km away. Denia and its surroundings offer excellent infrastructure and a wide range of leisure activities, a marina, a fish market, a beautiful historic centre, as well as excellent cuisine, not to mention its nightlife. The beach has something for everyone, with areas for different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas and beautiful coves. Oliva Nova is located between Valencia and Alicante, with the airports of both cities just an hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 minutes, maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Jávea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandía, Valencia in the north. The Oliva Nova golf course is just near the house, at 1.000 metres, and La Sella golf course is only 20 km from the bungalow.
