Cozy semi-detached house in Dénia for 4 guests, located in a quiet residential complex with a garden and communal swimming pool, ideal for relaxing holidays on the Costa Blanca. The property is distributed over two floors and offers beautiful sea views from the upper level. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with a sofa, Smart TV, and access to the outdoor areas. Fantastic, modern and very well equipped villa, entirely renovated in 2018 and situated on a totally fenced private plot with a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. From the villa, walk 30 m on a footpath (no road to cross) and enjoy the natural sandy beach, awarded with the EU Blue Flag. This fantastic non-smoking villa is just perfect for 8-9 persons.
