Fantastic villa in a calm location with stunning sea views.   The villa offers space for 4 persons and is distributed in 2 double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, a guest toilet, modern, bright living-dining room with heating radiators wood burning fireplace, a small glazed terrace with magnificent sea and mountain views, and a well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, etc. The two bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating, closets and windows with mosquito nets.    From the pool area with outdoor shower, there are wonderful views over the Marjal de Pego to the sea, the sun terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers. And for barbecue lovers there are two types of BBQ, one gas and one portable, perfect for a meal with family or friends.  The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped; Spanish and German satellite TV, Wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the lower floor. Private parking with carport at the entrance of the plot.   The holiday home is perfect for all seasons. The heating radiators (air heat pump and solar) and the fireplace guarantee cosiness in winter. There are also two additional mobile heaters. During the hot summer months, the bedrooms can be cooled by air conditioning. Calm situation at 10 km from the large sandy beaches. Monte Pego offers it's own small infrastructure with restaurants and tennis courts. The ancient town of Pego, with several supermarkets and a charming farmer´s market, is at 7 km. Also the villages of Els Poblets, Vergel and Ondara offer supermarkets and different shops and can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The big shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" is only 10 km away. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Cozy apartment in the village of El Vergel with rooftop pool and beautiful views of the Segaria mountain. The apartment is located in a beautiful and recently renovated building, on the second floor with elevator, has a living-dining room with air conditioning hot / cold, 2 double bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a bed of 150cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet, well equipped open kitchen.  From the living room and the master bedroom there is an access to the balcony with table and chairs. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a quiet urbanisation with swimming pool and well maintained garden, only a few steps away from the sandy beach.
