Beautiful house for 5-6 people, in an excellent location, next to Denia, 60 meters from Almadrava beach and a 14-minute walk from Els Molins beach. The impressive Les Deveses beach is 2 km away. Quiet and well-maintained urbanization, with a community pool, on the beachfront. The ground floor of the townhouse is distributed in a living-dining room, a well-equipped open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a cozy covered terrace, as well as a patio with a gas barbecue next to the kitchen. On the first floor there is another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus an extra bed. The third floor offers another small bedroom for one person, as well as an attractive sun terrace with sea views and a wood-burning barbecue. The basement offers enough space to store the car and beach items.The comfortably furnished ground floor terrace has direct access to the swimming pool and the well-maintained community garden. The house is very complete and tastefully decorated. Wifi internet and large Smart TV.Els Poblets is a small and charming coastal village with a good infrastructure of shops, bars and restaurants. From the bungalow you can walk to several of them. The nearest restaurants/bars are a 5-minute walk away, the supermarket 2.5 km. The center of Denia is 9 km away. Denia and its surroundings offer a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not to mention its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have something for everyone, areas for different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is located between Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are an hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 minutes, maximum an hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Jávea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandía, Valencia in the north. 2 golf courses are only 10 km from the bungalow: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf. Semi-detached house on the first line of the fine sandy beach. Cosy three bedroom ground floor beach house only 10 metres from the fine sandy beach of Santa Ana.   It is distributed in a living-dining room with smart-TV and access to the terrace with table, chairs and some sun loungers to relax under a parasol. It also has an outside shower. There is an awning at both the front and rear of the house.  The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant holiday, wether you are staying for a long or short stay. The bedrooms have a 135 cm bed, the other has a 106 cm bed and the third bedroom has a 90 cm trundle bed each.  There is a bathroom with shower inside the house and a toilet in an outside room/storage room next to the washing machine. The house is fully furnished and equipped, with air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and in all the bedrooms, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Wifi, etc. For the winter there is air-conditioning in the living room and also a mobile gas stove. There is a small supermarket at 550 m open in summer, several restaurants and bars within walking distance (about 450 m).  The centre of the nearest villages, El Verger and Els Poblets, are at 7 km from the house. Fantastic, modern and very well equipped villa, entirely renovated in 2018 and situated on a totally fenced private plot with a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. From the villa, walk 30 m on a footpath (no road to cross) and enjoy the natural sandy beach, awarded with the EU Blue Flag. This fantastic non-smoking villa is just perfect for 8-9 persons. Formerly called Bruno.All on the ground floor, the living part with its spacious lounge and wood burner and the dining area with its open kitchen profit from large windows that can be opened completely in summer and in such giving these rooms a very airy & light atmosphere. The villa has 4 bedrooms (1 double room with sea views, 2 double bedrooms with each 2 singles beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed for 3 persons as well as an office desk), 3 bathrooms with shower (2 of them en-suite) and 1 toilet. A covered terrace with pretty external furniture is situated just in front of the swimming pool and connects directly into the lounge. In addition there is also another smaller terrace that has sea views, just outsinde the dining area, with table and chairs. The totally fenced plot, the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, the terraces around the houses, all this offers lots of space to relax and chill-out. Behind the house is gas BBQ with a corner to dine and also a corner for children to play & dine. An external shower, separated external toilet, separated utility area with the washing machine and tumble dryer, large private parking space for several cars and 2 adult bikes, all these specifications makes this holiday home just a fantastic place to be. The house is entirely furnished and equipped with the necessary items to have a relaxing holiday, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge & deep freezer, terrace furniture and sun beds, BBQ, wood burner, mosquito blinds, electric shutters, jpanese stores, hot & cold air-conditioning in all rooms as well as in the lounge, internet wifi, UHD tv with channels over the world via IPTV and Bose radio receiver. The house has surveillance cameras installed to monitor the entrance gate and the swimming pool, which cannot be switched off for security reasons.     The villa is situated at the end of a calm street that gives direct access to a famous beach called Les Deveses. There is a little supermarket that opens during the summer months and various restaurants and bars are accessible by foot. The bus stop to Denia is just at the other end of the street. The center of Els Poblets is 5’ drive from the villa, here you will find a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc... Denia city is only 12 km away from the villa en is easily accessible by car within 15’. Denia and its environment offers an excellent infrastructure and a large choice of activities, a fantastic & modern marina, a fishing port, a beautiful historic center and a wide choice of good restaurants. The diversity along the 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sports activities, quiet areas, beach bars, bays in the nature reserve ideal for diving and snorkeling. Denia is located between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are about 1 hour by car. In 20 minutes to maximum 1 hour you can reach several other beautiful places at the coast, such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante to the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia to the north. An excursion into the country side is worthwhile too, here you will see orange groves, almond trees and picturesque villages between green hills and mountains. At only 5 and 15 km from the villa there are 2 renowned golf courses: Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf.

Friendly apartment for 4 persons in a very attractive, calm community area with large pools and well kept gardens, directly on the sandy beach. The apartment is located on the first floor and has amazing views of the beach and the sea. The apartment, on the first floor (with lift), offers an open plan living-/dining area with a fully fitted american kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (each of them with 2 single beds), a bath room, a sep. toilet and a roofed terrace with fantastic views of the sea.
